Welcome to DENZI. By purchasing from our brand, you agree to the following terms regarding returns, exchanges, and product handling.
1. General Size Exchange
We offer size exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit.

Timeframe: You must initiate the exchange within 15 days of receiving your suit.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a suit with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it for you.

Video Verification Required: Before sending the item back, you must send a clear video showing the defect to our official WhatsApp number: 03214800272.

Exchange Only: Defective items are eligible for an exchange only. We do not offer monetary refunds. Our team will ship a replacement once the defect is verified and the original item is received.

Response Time: Our customer service team will review your video and respond at their earliest convenience to guide you through the next steps.
3. Customized Orders
Customization makes your suit one-of-a-kind, which means it cannot be resold.

Final Sale: Any suit that has been customized (made-to-measure, personalized alterations, or custom designs) is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4. Shipping & Handling

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

DENZI will cover shipping costs if the exchange is due to a verified manufacturing defect.
